Frozen Espresso Martini
》 Ingredients
1 ¼ cups brewed coffee or espresso, at room temperature
1 ½ ounces coffee liqueur
1 ½ ounces vodka
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
6 coffee beans for garnish
Pour coffee (or espresso) into an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours. Alternatively, I like to freeze any leftover coffee from my coffee pot in the morning so it's frozen and ready when I want to make these.
Combine the coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, vodka, and vanilla in a blender; process until smooth, about 1 minute. Divide between 2 chilled coupe martini glasses; garnish each with 3 coffee beans, if desired. Serve immediately.
